Office Admin / F&I Support

About Us

Motorado is a well-established, family-owned dealership serving Colorado’s powersports community for nearly a decade. Based in Lakewood, we focus on a high-volume consignment model that keeps us constantly moving and evolving. We’re currently seeking a second office team member who can help us stay organized, grow the office, and keep everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership Skills: You’re not timid— you speak up, solve problems, and support others on the team. You’ll partner closely with our existing admin and help shape the office’s operational standards.

  • Strong Attention to Detail: You keep thorough records, spot small discrepancies, and follow tasks through to completion.

  • Excellent Communication: You’re comfortable interacting with customers and working with staff across multiple departments.

  • Positive Attitude & Self-Motivation: You’re comfortable taking initiative and pride yourself on delivering top-notch work.

  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs. Experience with dealership software is a plus, but we’re happy to train.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Oversee the day-to-day office operations: organizing supplies, maintaining a clean workspace, and scheduling staff.

  • Manage time off requests, help shape and refine office policies and procedures.

  • Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person) and escalate when appropriate.

  • Maintain accurate and complete business records, including consignment and sales documents.

Finance & Deals Coordination

  • Assist customers through the entire sales transaction: prepare paperwork, collect payment, coordinate with lenders.

  • Verify purchase information by reviewing contracts and collaborating with the sales team.

  • Request and process payoffs for consigned units, disburse payments to consignors.

  • Promote and sell F&I products (e.g., service contracts) to customers, earning commission for each product sold.

Inventory & Records Management

  • Help monitor and maintain vehicle inventory, track paperwork, and ensure accurate data entries.

  • Upload new units and create tags for the sales floor.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Provide a warm, welcoming environment for customers in the dealership, ensuring they always have the information they need about their bikes, checks, and titles.

  • Return calls and questions promptly.

  • Make them feel at home whether they are consigning or buying a motorcycle.

  • Keep detailed records of all communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dealership or powersports environment is beneficial, but we’re open to training the right candidate.

  • Prior office management, F&I, or administrative leadership experience is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and calm under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal skills: comfortable interacting with customers, banks, and team members.

  • Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year DOE

Key Responsibilities

  1. Phone & Communication

    • Promptly answer incoming calls and route them to the right department.

    • Accurately capture voicemails and forward messages to the proper staff members.

    • Provide friendly, informative service to callers and walk-in customers.

  2. Data Entry & Organization

    • Enter new inventory data into our system.

    • Maintain updated records for consignments, customer details, and other essential information.

    • Keep the office neat and ensure supplies are well-stocked.

  3. Support Sales & Operations

    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate inventory listings and consignment details.

    • Aid in general office tasks as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

  4. Social Media Assistance (Bonus)

    • Contribute ideas for social media posts that highlight new inventory and dealership updates.

    • Potentially assist with creating content for platforms like Facebook or Instagram.
