We’re currently seeking a second office team member who can help us stay organized, grow the office, and keep everything running smoothly.

Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs. Experience with dealership software is a plus, but we’re happy to train.
Oversee the day-to-day office operations: organizing supplies, maintaining a clean workspace, and scheduling staff.
Manage time off requests, help shape and refine office policies and procedures.
Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person) and escalate when appropriate.
Maintain accurate and complete business records, including consignment and sales documents.
Assist customers through the entire sales transaction: prepare paperwork, collect payment, coordinate with lenders.
Verify purchase information by reviewing contracts and collaborating with the sales team.
Request and process payoffs for consigned units, disburse payments to consignors.
Promote and sell F&I products (e.g., service contracts) to customers, earning commission for each product sold.
Help monitor and maintain vehicle inventory, track paperwork, and ensure accurate data entries.
Upload new units and create tags for the sales floor.
Customer Service & Communication
Provide a warm, welcoming environment for customers in the dealership, ensuring they always have the information they need about their bikes, checks, and titles.
Return calls and questions promptly.
Make them feel at home whether they are consigning or buying a motorcycle.
Keep detailed records of all communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Previous experience in a dealership or powersports environment is beneficial, but we’re open to training the right candidate.
Prior office management, F&I, or administrative leadership experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and calm under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills: comfortable interacting with customers, banks, and team members.
Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.
